SHIPPING in the peninsula
At Lebonic we are very committed to preparing your order, if possible on the same day so that you can have it at your home as soon as possible. But it is very important for us to be as honest as possible about this topic.
Cost:
The cost of our agency is €5.50 and they are free from €59 .
Deadlines:
The agencies we work with take between 48 to 72 business hours during the “normal” season, not festive, and not “special” (Sales, Black Friday, Christmas, etc...). And to this period, sometimes, you have to add 1 or 2 days just because you place the order on a Friday, for example, or if you place it at night. In any case, when your order leaves the factory we will notify you with an email.
We usually prepare all of our original trays and gifts that you can purchase at Lebonic.com in the morning and the parcel picks them up at 12 noon. This information is important for you to take into account. Even so, if you have a birthday or want to give an original gift for a very special person and you need it to arrive as soon as possible, write to us at hola@lebonic.com and we will try to get the package to you as soon as possible.
Deadlines in “special season”
Christmas, Three Kings, Sales season, etc...
We advise you that if you are in a hurry to receive the stain-resistant tablecloth or our decorated serving trays, do not wait until these times because the carriers collapse and when the package leaves the factory it may happen that we no longer have control. Or maybe nothing happens, and you receive it as usual in 48 hours to 72 hours. Therefore, it is important for us that you are aware, if you have an emergency, that the deadline may vary in practice. And we are never going to tell you what you want to hear. Although you already know “foresighted woman is worth two” we are always aware of everything we send.
SHIPPING TO CEUTA, MELILLA, BALEARIC ISLANDS AND CANARY ISLANDS
If you are from the Islands or from Ceuta or Melilla. For these shipments, please contact us through our email hola@lebonic.com and there we will explain costs, deadlines and all the information provided to us by the agency that will make the shipment.
RETURNS
No problem. They are two different cases.
1- If you receive it broken it means that the parcel has not treated the package very well, for example, they accidentally hit it hard, it is not common, but it can happen. The box will tell you this, so we recommend that you open it as soon as you receive the package and let us know within 72 hours at most. You can contact us at our email hola@lebonic.com , tell us your information and the order number to contact you. In this case you will have to notify us as soon as possible.
2.- If you don't like it or you've simply thought better of it , don't worry, it happens to all of us sometimes. Likewise, write us an email to hola@lebonic.com with your contact information and the order number and we will tell you what to do. Here you have a period of 14 calendar days from when you receive the order to do so. It is important that you save the box and packaging to avoid incidents on the return trip. We will send you to our agency to pick up the package. And here, you will only have to pay for the return trip of the product.
We will refund you when we receive the product and verify that it is in good condition.
